Saudi Court Orders Husband to pay SR 445,000 to the ex-wife after divorce

Islam is a beautiful and a complete religion, along with complete laws and rules for every aspect of life. Hence, it is quite easy to pass a judgment in accordance with the Islamic law. In Saudi Arab the Sharia Law is practiced and observed, so the courts are quick and responsive and provide justice. Divorce is a very unfortunate event after marriage. The separation between the parents makes the kids suffer the most and affects them both physically and mentally for both the parents have their duties to fulfill raising and grooming the kid. One such case was filed in the Court of Buraidah, a city in the Province Qassim, Saudi Arabia. The ex-wife filed a lawsuit against her ex-husband claiming for financial support for her child as the father had been neglecting their financial needs. The judge ruled out in the favor of the mother stating that it was the father’s duty to provide them both with financial support even after divorce until the kid grows up to some age. He

And as soon as Quryash began turning its back on Mohammed, ordering an economic and political boycott on the prophet and his followers, the situation became dire in Makkah. Together with her mother, Fatima experienced the toughness of this period. She and her sisters stood by their father when their mother decided to give up her wealth to su

In 1993, the population increased to 2 million and 3.2 million in 2010. It is expected that it will increase in future. 6 African Muslims Who Brought Islam to America. MUST READ.

As a Muslim of West African origin living in the United States, my Muslim-ness is always contested by Europeans, Americans, and even clueless Africans. They ask me questions like: “Are you Muslim?” and “Were you born Muslim?” I get asked these questions a lot by Americans because Islam is something that was made to sound foreign to them. “I’ve never seen a Muslim from that country wear Hijab.” Believe it or not, many Africans ask this question as if they are well-travelled. Is your country predominantly Muslim?” I get this question from European Muslims as if they had just discovered ‘water on Mars’. In their minds, Black Muslims are an oddity. Because I have been around many of them, I now know the reasoning behind asking such questions. They have the idea that All of Africa is uncivilized and only non-Muslims live there. The strange thing is many of them have heard of Mansa Musa, the Malian Muslim King. Why they won’t add two and two together to infer that Islam has always been an
