Egyptian has dug deep to gift Cairo’s 57357 Children’s Hospital 12
million Egyptian pounds for new equipment
MO SALAH has cemented his hero status in Egypt – by donating £500,000 to
a children’s hospital.
The Liverpool striker is enjoying an epic season, scoring 32 goals in 38
games.
Salah, 25, recently touched the hearts of his home nation by helping fund
a bone marrow transplant for a young boy.
The former Chelsea frontman has now dug deep to gift Cairo’s 57357
Children’s Hospital 12 million Egyptian pounds.
The money, worth just under £500,000, will go towards buying medical
equipment used to treat young cancer sufferers.
Mostafa Zamzam, chief trustee of a charity linked to the hospital,
revealed Salah’s generous donation on social media.
